HIKING ROUTE 2

From the campground (2880'), hike southwest up the canyon picking up the Hog Pen Trail (named JEEP TRAIL on the map).
Follow this trail up to the ridge where it meets the Sierra Madre Road.
Turn right (northwest) and follow this road up to a saddle southeast of the summit.
Leave the road here and follow a trail up the ridge to the summit.
