We were scheduled to lead Copter Ridge via Mt Hawkins, but the snow god had not yet released the Angeles Crest Highway to mortals so we opted to do Pacifico via the very pleasant Pacific Crest Trail from Mill Creek Summit. It is about 2100' gain and 5 mi one way. Five of us climbed the summit block while others gave a critique. To get a little variety, we returned along the jeep trail on the ridge crest to 032058. We started shortly after 8 am and returned about 3 pm. It was a very nice relaxed hike with good people and great weather.
